Event - Chinese New Year

The New Year in most countries strat at January 1st because it follows Gregorian calendar. However, some of countries in east and south-east asia still keep using another calender, lunar calender, for tracing their festival or events. In these countries, New Year might be the most important  and can not be ignored event. For this reason,  i'm goning to inroduce Chinese New Year in this blog.

In traditional fashion, people would spend plenty money to decorate their house with red decorations because red represents luck in Chinese. Of course, chinese supermarket are cashing in this event in chinatown!


 
Chinese New Year is not only shopping for celebrating this event, but also include different kinds of activies. When speaking of activities in Chinese New Year, lion-dancing is the show people always loved and felt interested. At last, take a look of this video, and it shows lion-dancing to you!
